About us

The purpose of the All-Party Parliamentary Corporate Responsibility Group (APCRG) is to promote debate and understanding of corporate responsibility within Parliament. It seeks to achieve this by promoting an exchange of views between Parliamentarians and people with an active interest in corporate responsibility.

The Group was founded in 2001 by a handful of committed Parliamentarians led by Baroness Greengross and supported by Business in the Community. The Group meets in Parliament several times per year to discuss a wide range of topical issues surrounding corporate responsibility.

Members receive minutes of each meeting, updates on relevant issues, and an annual report about the Group’s activities. Organisations who do not wish to join the Group as Associate members, can take out a discounted subscription in order to receive our papers and thereby keep in touch with the Group’s activities. The Group has over a hundred Parliamentary members and nearly a hundred Associate and Subscriber members.
